PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting for interested parties will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM at MSD of Wayne Township Operations Center in the parking lot on the east side of the building. The meeting will include an opportunity to tour the site where the new salt storage facility will be constructed. BID OPENING: Each bid will be opened in public and read aloud in the Board Room at the Education Center, 1220 S High School Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241, by the Owner on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. Deliver Bid in a sealed envelope showing the project name and Bidder’s name and address.
