PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting for interested parties will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Noblesville East Middle School. The meeting will include an opportunity to tour the facility. Immediately following the conclusion of the tour at East Middle School, a tour will be held at Hinkle Creek Elementary School. Deliver Bid in a sealed envelope showing the project name and Bidder’s name and address.
